Cleaning command for unused media files of your Django app.
pip install django-broom
Add it to settings.py of your app:
INSTALLED_APPS = ( ... 'django-broom' )
Run cleanmediafiles command to remove all unused media files:
python manage.py cleanmediafiles
This will find all media files in static (dynamic are not yet supported) folders associated with FileField of your models, that are not being used by any objects anymore.
To skip the confirmation of an action, use –force option (useful when setting up a cron job).
